The personal information you provide may be used by Hellow Media Group for its own communication and marketing purposes, such as invitations to events and seminars, newsletters, and competitions. HOW HELLOW MEDIA GROUP HANDLES PERSONAL DATA

 

All personal data falling under accounting regulations is stored for at least 7 years. If the relationship between Hellow Media Group and a customer, prospect, or supplier ends, other personal data is deleted or anonymized during annual reviews. If a request for the removal of personal data is made, this will occur within 3 months. According to current laws and regulations, you have the right to request, free of charge, an extract (known as a register extract) of the personal data we hold and process about you. You also have the right to request correction, blocking, or deletion of your personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) contains rules on how personal data may be processed. It went into effect on May 25, 2018, replacing the Personal Data Act (PUL).
